I just posted a new article at GoArticles.com  It’s an article about High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).  HIIT is a type of training that gives you maximum benfits in a minimum amount of time.  This type of workout will aid fat loss by continuing to burn calories long after the workout is over.


The workouts involve short intense bursts of exercise with short rest breaks in between. Workouts usually last between 10 - 20 minutes.

Yesterday, I launched a new site.  The URL is :  YouCanLoseWeightThisWeek.com  It is the first affiliate marketing site that I have put up using my strategy of article marketing.  I got the idea for a site like this from Jimmy D. Brown’s List and Traffic membership site  Jimmy wrote a report for February 2008 that outlined a strategy for offering 3 - 4 products on one page.  I’m giving away 3 free reports for customers to download.  Each report covers a different way to lose fat and lose weight.

I’m going to attempt to get this site up to $600 per month in revenue using article marketing. I wrote my first article last night and published it. The first article was a Hubpages.com article. My goal is to write 1-3 articles per day for 90 days to drive traffic to the website. I will keep you updated on my progress.
